My package was delivered to someone else’s house. There was a photo proof of delivery but it wasn't my house, and there is no way I can call or file a claim since it was through “SmartPost” and I don't have the authority to make changes to my shipment unless I'm the shipper.
Drivers leave packages in incorrect places for them to be stolen (which happened to me)
Never received my package TWICE
SmartPost is horrible. each time they forwarded my package they said 'package delivered' not to me, but to their facility. now they have either delivered to the wrong address or lost my order completely
