package has been scanned as "departed fedex location" 3 separate times within 10 days. customer service is no help.
My girlfriend ordered something yesterday and it said that it was coming today but then it said we will notify you when your package starts moving again idk what is going on with FedEx but they need to do something about it
Extremely poor customer service. Claims to have attempted delivery 2 hours before scheduled time. Supposed to come between 3-5pm- attempted delivery was at 1:18pm. Claims to have attempted delivery, however, never came to my door. Would not redeliver same day. Highly uneducated in FedEx assistance and terminology staff claiming to be assisting but doing nothing to actually help. This customer experience was terrible!
