The worst shipping service ever, utterly a joke
Never in my life have I ever encountered a delivery service this awful, Their customer service is consistently poor, and they only seem to blame the shipper for any issues.
This is the worst of the worst. I've never been so confused about where my package is and how it seems to be missing in transit. I've contacted the retailer as well and they have sent me 4 messages since I initially reached out and they are at a loss for what is going on and have very little to tell. To be clear, I am writing this on July 5th at 11pm.
