Package was sent by sender on Jan 17, 2025 arrived a the BREINIGSVILLE, PA Facilities on Jan 20, 2025. Waited a few weeks and the package did not move after a month nothing. Even to this day it is still in this warehouse. Lucking another package was sent by the sender and it bypassed this facility and it is on its way. BREINIGSVILLE facility needs a serious inspection on the way they are running the business. I'm not the only customer with this problem with this SmartPost facility. Please be aware!
I'm yet another victim of this Fedex SmartPost. My package shipped 16 days ago and still sitting in this location. The shipper has shipped me a new one. What a bum!
Package I ordered from target website that was supposed to be delivered on 12/4/24 never got delivered. In fact let me explain what one of the employees that scanned my package did. They scanned it as unreadable and made a new label. Changed my first name from (Crystal Santiago to U SANTIAgo. Which definitely makes me think this facility is known very well for stealing and so called losing packages! Because I’ve read nothing but bad reviews about the same situation . Pretty sure that this shipping facility is stealing people's packages. There's absolutely no reason so many should go missing and lost and delayed
