Can't get ahold of a live person .delivery date keeps changing. Want to pick up at warehouse .but ai wont allow it.already told supplier I wont use them again if they ever use fed ex again .same order from Canada got here early using usps.tracking being saying it left same warehouse for a few days now.
Why is my package stuck here I was suppose to have my delivery since Friday.. it’s Saturday 9pm and still no package delivered.

Add me to the list of a shipper using FedEx SmartPost where it moves along the route fine but to this location, it gets "lost". At first I thought my package was only delayed, since FedEx SmartPost is the slowest possible shipping ever, but once there hasn't been any updates for days after supposedly "departing" this facility, you start to wonder.
