Add me to the list of a shipper using FedEx SmartPost where it moves along the route fine but to this location, it gets "lost". At first I thought my package was only delayed, since FedEx SmartPost is the slowest possible shipping ever, but once there hasn't been any updates for days after supposedly "departing" this facility, you start to wonder. I have two packages at this location and no updates they are definitely stealing packages here how this place is still running no clue and the worst part there’s no way to contact the facility and get updates or reroute packages once they get here

Package was sent by sender on Jan 17, 2025 arrived a the BREINIGSVILLE, PA Facilities on Jan 20, 2025. Waited a few weeks and the package did not move after a month nothing. Even to this day it is still in this warehouse. Lucking another package was sent by the sender and it bypassed this facility and it is on its way. BREINIGSVILLE facility needs a serious inspection on the way they are running the business. I'm not the only customer with this problem with this SmartPost facility. Please be aware!
