I came here to get a couple pictures printed so that I could frame them. The lady working there was super helpful and made me feel at ease about getting this errand done. I have really bad social anxiety so when people are helpful, it really helps out with that. People in the past have been not so nice and my husband has had to set them straight more than once. ;) Thanks again, FedEx! You guys rock!
Just left this store. Absolutely blown away by how helpful Dustin was in getting some images blown up and printed. Will definitely be using them in the future for my printing needs!
Location refuses to ship non FedEx branded boxes and hides behind “damage liability” for a box that follows all online guidance with regard to packaging, contents and greater than 3in padding on all sides for a non hazardous, non liquid incredibly generic product return. Evidently, FedEx is only in the business of extorting customers into buying their overpriced boxes.
I come here often because of hours of availability. But I think that will no longer be the case after I shipped an expensive item, advised how fragile it was and how to pack it. Of course it was damaged so I went back to the store since they packed and shipped it. I was turned around and told to call customer support, with 0 assistance.
