Terrible experience. Door was closed and locked on Saturday during posted business hours. Went back later and they charge an absurd drop off free for a prepaid and pre labeled FedEx package. Seriously??? That's the whole point of a FedEx store.
The manager at this location was very nice (despite being very busy) and the location was very clean. The only thing was that they didn’t have the size box I needed, but overall very good
Hours posted are incorrect. Walked here in the winter two hours before the posted closing time and they were closed.
Urgently needed to print photos for a passport application. Went to this location during posted business hours and there was no one there. No note, nothing. Waited 15 minutes and yet still no one came.Worst FedEx Office ever.
Nasty unhelpful staff. Heather was particularly disgusting with here language. Got to the actual FedEx a couple blocks down for much better service.
