customer service is terrible. i ordered a chewy package, on sept 30th, was sent an email it would be delivered to my address on oct 2nd, it was not. instead i was given the run around as to the package location, i was told it was at 2 of the fedex pick up locations, it was not. the lady on the phone said "thank you for making this my burden" which i thought was disrespectful as well as unprofessional. i was then told the package is sitting in the wearhouse and will be delivered on oct 3rd. to which i got an email (10-03-25) ... read more

Despite being home every single time, they refused to actually deliver to my apartment unit. Based on other reviews, seems like this is a pattern for this location. I left a note on my door to indicate that I AM HOME, YOU JUST NEED TO KNOCK, yet they still “failed” to deliver. They never bothered to knock or attempt delivery. Then they lied on a call about sending it to a closer location for me to pickup the package (which I shouldn’t have even had to do if their delivery driver wasn’t lazy).
