Paid extra for delivery scheduled for 5-8pm and driver shows up at 12:45pm and attempts to access property from gate on a street I don’t live on that was locked. Driver did not attempt to access from the open entry from the street I actually live on. Multiple hours on the phone now and still no resolution.
They have delivered ALL our packages to the wrong address. EVERY ONE! If we see the package coming out of West Palm, we know we're not getting it. The first photo is from Tracking, the second is our actual front door.
I am thankful with Brigitte, and her associates at 1177 W Blue Heron Blvd. Riviera Beach. She took the time to help me and solve some issues with my delivery address, just hours before the arrival of my packages. At the end, the packages arrived at the right place, and at the right time. Brigitte showed me humanity, patience, and excellent customer service, along with her coworkers. It is refreshing, specially coming from a young person. Keep up your excellent work.
