This place is an embarrassment. The people there are extremely rude and unwilling to help you, and person I tried to deal with had a terrible attitude. From here on out, I'll be using another postage service because I'm not working with these people. This place seriously need some management.
Top notch customer service. Valerie at this office is an absolute life saver and incredibly helpful when dealing with and understanding what goes on behind the scenes, while accommodating with making things happen where and when they are possible. Really goes above and beyond!
