Zero Stars I have been outside in front of my office building all day. No vehicle drove in my parking lot all morning. I received a notification DELIVERY WAS ATTEMPTED BUT THE BUSINESS IS CLOSED. NOT TRUE! NO ATTEMPT WAS MADE! BUSINESS DECEPTION! I’m not happy!

This FedEx location sucks! They keep leaving a door tag on the wrong door that's not even mine. Then they keep saying the customer isn't available, and I've been waiting for a week now for my package, and they haven't updated me on what's going on.

My driver Maria has been delivering my package by EOD every day since January 31st. No one at FedEx can give me any information. Kinda worried about Maria. I hope she isn't lost, driving around aimlessly.

Masters of incompetence. There is always someone home, but they just stick the tag without even bothering to ring the doorbell. On more than one occasion the FedEx tracking system has said that they attempted delivery; when I could clearly see through my cameras that they hadn't. The customer service is terrible, telling me to come to pick it up here then saying it could not be picked up due to restrictions. Overall, this is without a doubt the most incompetent delivery service I've had the displeasure of using.
