FedEx has had my packages from Chewy at their Ashland location for over a week. Every day I get an email that it's out for delivery and every evening I get a message from FedEx that is delayed due to Operational reasons. I have called twice and still nothing. Almost $500 is now tied up in specialized dog food for my food sensitive pets. Chewy needs to find another shipper!
Amazing caring associates.
They deliver my Chewy packages to the wrong house in this same neighborhood almost every time without fail. I'm constantly having to drive around trying to find the house in the delivery picture that looks NOTHING like ours. This has happened four times in the past few months alone, and reporting the item missing does nothing. The one time it was actually delivered correctly, the tracking showed the driver's name and photo, but of course the ones that mess it up have that info hidden.
