Trash company, have been waiting for DAYS now past the delivery date for a $3000 item that I have to sign for and have gotten no update as to when it’ll ever be delivered or why it’s even delayed in the first place. If you live near or around the Ashland area. Avoid FedEx as it seems they have a lot of issues
I ordered a item on 1-19-26 and had a delivery date set by FedEx on 1-28-26.A FedEx employee had the audacity to created a fraudulent comment stating at 11:22am that basically my residence was closed than7 minutes later, I requested my package to be delivered at a further date. This is a blatant LIE. When I called to complain, the lady was very apologetic, but wasn’t able to have my package delivered the next day. FedEx has had my packages from Chewy at their Ashland location for over a week. Every day I get an email that it's out for delivery and every evening I get a message from FedEx that is delayed due to Operational reasons. I have called twice and still nothing. Almost $500 is now tied up in specialized dog food for my food sensitive pets. Chewy needs to find another shipper!
