My package was 1 hr away in Chicago. They said it was out for delivery... i got an update later it's now a UTAH! Who runs this circus of clowns here? Phone rep says we need to make a report... like no! I don't care about no report, i just want my package already! It's been 2 weeks!!! They said it's next stop is probably china before it gets to Chicago again. Im truly at a loss of words of how crap this service is. ZERO STARS!
As many have said in these reviews, if I could give FEDex zero stars, I would. !! My packages have in their warehouse for two days. I, and the shipper have requested through many phone calls for these packages to be delivered TODAY (weds)-which is days after they were received. (Note:They were received 10 minutes from my home! (No good excuse to not get them out and delivered!) UPS would have had this taken care of on the 1st phone call from us! UPS is a stellar company! The comparison between UPS and FEDex is blaring!
