ZERO stars. Delivery from No. SLC delayed for days, than finally delivered to the wrong address. I never got it and it was an urgent and expensive item. Would it be so hard to use Google maps? Don't use FedEx!
ABSOLUTE LIARS!!! There are no delivery restrictions at my address and I have a doorbell camera that had no delivery attempts either. This is twice now, the other time they delivered to who knows where and claimed delivered to me. What's beef... ask the founder to go back to Vegas and gamble on it.
My package was 1 hr away in Chicago. They said it was out for delivery... i got an update later it's now a UTAH! Who runs this circus of clowns here? Phone rep says we need to make a report... like no! I don't care about no report, i just want my package already! It's been 2 weeks!!! They said it's next stop is probably china before it gets to Chicago again. Im truly at a loss of words of how crap this service is. ZERO STARS!
