Alejandro was supposed to deliver my Chewy yesterday and was lazy didn't use call box. Today, Alejandro again was supposed to deliver the package and didn't use the escalation of USE CALL BOX for apartment bldg. Again, call some FedEx customer service somewhere and create a new ticket with complaint. Complained to Chewy not to use FedEx at all, definitely not for my packages. This is still going on trying to get package and the local warehouse is saying tomorrow...BS!! Get this guy back and my Pitbull and I will be waiting f... read more
