After I made it past all the zombies. I went into dark unlit room. Where the security guard was mad about me not understanding how to use the old dial phone codes. After banging on the windows the guard finally came back. 20min in just trying to find someone. 10 min of calling all the extensions on there sheet someone accidentally picked up. The tucker woman was being very rude and yelling by asking WHAT NUMBER IS IT?! on the box, get rid of her please or fire her. Never be mean to an employee on the belts and good thing she got written up for that too.
They don't answer the phone my delivery was never received. They delivered to the wrong address. I can't complain because their automated call won't put you through to a real person.
If I could give 0 stars I would. I had a package that was supposed to be delivered 1/14. It never was delivered supposedly due to a wrong address. I've had mail delivered from this company before and it has always been delivered to my house without issue. I checked my address and it was correct. I call FedEx and had to pull teeth just to talk to someone. When i finally got ahold of anyone instead of actually helping me I was told I needed to call the company.
