My package had an 8/8/25 delivery. It's now 8/12/25. My package has been sitting at this facility since 8/6/25 with no movement. WHERE IS MY PACKAGE?!
Like so many others here, my package has been sitting at this FedEx location for 8 days now with zero signs of movement. I purchased a product online and the shipper is 30 mins away from where I live and in the same state. It shipped on 7/24 out of South Windsor, CT and arrived to Middletown on 7/25 at 05:36. I live less than 15 minutes from Middletown and my package has been sitting here for 8 days now. Absolutely ridiculous this place truly deserves 0 stars
FedEx including their foreign based customer service department failed to follow simple instructions to call or text upon arrival so I can be notified they are at the door and I can sign for the package. I was lied to by customer service earlier that day who pretended to inform the driver of this delivery instruction and instead the exact opposite was instructed, just knock on the door.
