Absolutely disappointed in the service I have received. Currently waiting for 9 packages since 10AM this morning. Expected delivery was between 12:50pm - 2:50pm . Around 2:15pm I got a notification saying that the packages were delivered at 12:33 pm , mind you I have been checking periodically on their tracking system. The packages are no where to be found.
