Worst facility. Waiting on a freaking tire that I ordered last Tuesday with next day shipping. It is now July 19th and no tire and no updated delivery date!!! Tracking shows it was scanned into the Northampton facility last Wednesday but hasn’t moved since. Where is my tire?!!! Do your jobs!!!
Package delayed @ this facility. Waited 4 hours between 10:40 and 2:40 (delivery window). Two hours after the window ended @5:00pm . They tell me that the package will be delayed with no delivery date or time!!! All they say is they are working on it. I planned to take this day of work as I must be here to sign for the delivery. Now I have to take and emergency day off whenever they decide to deliver my package.
I shouldn’t have to clean up my trailer after your workers. The trail isn’t a trash bin or recycle container
