would not allow me to sign for a package, even after calling them and contacting them. And going online.

1 star because it wont let me do less you can't get answers from the costumer service department the packages never come when they say even when you have to sign for them. It's pretty bad when your worse at delivery than Amazon and gofo. I am enamored at how one company can be this bad and still in business I wish people I baught thing through would quit using them.

I’ve been waiting for a package for a week that was supposed to be a 2 day delivery. I took off work to be here for the package. Driver came to my house with the package that needed a signature and just stood there drooling on himself instead of knocking or ringing the door bell. I thought it was common sense to knock or ring to let someone know you’re at the door... My ring camera shows that he stood on my porch for approximately 10 seconds and then left. Not even enough time for me to realize someone’s at the door.

FedEx ***FILE BBB COMPLAINTS!*** I have security videos of my driver Julian whipping several of my packages onto my porch over an extended period of time, a few of which he broke. (He knows there's a camera) This last one was a 220$ piece of non returnable furniture. I submitted the footage to the BBB when I filed a complaint that fedex hasn't responded to. Anyone experiencing issues with FedEx should file BBB complaints. (They are accredited.) The only way FedEx will stop is if they're forced to.

I had a perishable item that was shipped using 2 day priority mail & it took 5 days to arrive.
