I waited all day for a package I needed to sign for, stayed home from work for this item. Watched the driver all day, watched him drive right by my road, never come down and then mark that I wasn’t home for delivery….. when you call, they don’t care and just tell me it will be here the next day…. Now it’s Saturday and I have stuff to do but I need to wait for this driver again, Ryan and the driver should be talked to. I see very similar reviews so this seems to be common
UPS, USPS, Amazon even frickin DHL actually make an attempt and get me my package. Fedex drivers just lie and say they attempted to deliver. I stayed home all day and I physically watched them take a picture from their truck without even getting out when I was trying to buzz them in.
Very bad .. supposed bring package today .. he drive around my building and never delivery package ... Shame
