Only because there is no zero. I'm sick and tired of FedEx drivers in Macon GA out and out lying about delivery attempts. Today I sat on the doorstep for three hours (90+ minutes outside the delivery window) waiting for a critical business package. After talking with Customer Support 4 times during that time and never getting a promised return call, I decided to try tracking one last time. It said they had tried to deliver it 30minutes earlier. Omg, they are the worst, this is the 8th package that hasn’t been delivered and had to file claim, the shipping does fine until it gets to the Macon ga distribution center and it gets stolen they have a line there every single day for people who have not received their packages so now I have my shippers use ups because FedEx in Macon ga is terrible best advice I can give is don’t let FedEx get hold of your mail or packages
