Keep attempting my delivery to a site that is closed and not even where i ordered the package to go. Good luck getting a hold of anyone all they have is automated robots working the phones. Trash service
Lost my package, although it's been out for delivery for 3 days! Fedex used to be the best in the business. Unfortunately no longer the case apparently. Should have chosen the next business month instead of next day. That is all.
Delivery driver was ahead of me at the DMACC dock 1/9/26 10:00am. He put all of the packages on the dock plate making me have to move them all to complete my delivery despite there being an empty cart specifically for these packages to go on RIGHT THERE AT THE DOCK. Completely inconsiderate and rude. Very bad look for FedEx. I stacked them neatly on the cart for you. You’re welcome!
Had a bearded dragon express shipped here, was overnight shipped and delayed due to holidays (not this facilities fault) but the seller didn’t have the option to hold for pick up at location so they just sent to the facility address. This facility has no number to call, you have to call customer support for anything you need. I stopped by the site and asked if they took live reptile shipments and was told yes anything with a label. That the address just needed to be listed on the shipping label.
