This place has always had issues when it comes to delivering to me. I'm rural, patient and understanding. I don't complain about much but I ordered a guitar from sweetwater on fed ex priority overnight and instead of getting it on the scheduled delivery date I'll be getting it monday. They received it at 8 o clock this morning so the excuse of "we didn't have time" doesn't fly. Very disappointing customer service experience at this FedEx location. My overnight package was delayed and was supposed to arrive by noon. I called FedEx customer service, and they told me my package was at the 2900 SW Brookside location and instructed me to call to arrange a pickup. I spoke with an employee named Kyle, and the interaction was extremely frustrating. Stayed home to receive package. Received notification it would arrive at 1:30. Watched the truck drive past my house. Then received notification the driver had attempted delivery. Called 800 number. Manager admitted driver lied and that package would be delivered soon and I would receive a call within 30 minutes. No call. Called back three hours later and a different manager said there was no record of my previous call. This manager also agreed driver lied. Still waiting on my package.
