Had a bearded dragon express shipped here, was overnight shipped and delayed due to holidays (not this facilities fault) but the seller didn’t have the option to hold for pick up at location so they just sent to the facility address. This facility has no number to call, you have to call customer support for anything you need. I stopped by the site and asked if they took live reptile shipments and was told yes anything with a label. That the address just needed to be listed on the shipping label. Received opened package and it was missing hardware. Delivery picture that the driver took had to be angled so as to not show the damaged box. My picture shows the open side.

By far the worst FEDEX FACILITY in the entire world if your package gets sent here they sent your package to hell. This warehouse is the laziest warehouse ever they never ever do their job correctly. Every time I get a package from here it’s always scheduled to go out the following day and for some reason it always gets delayed every single time and never goes out on the day. Lose packages regularly and don’t deliver when they say they will regularly. Last package was SUPPOSED to be delivered by noon on SATURDAY. It’s 2:30 on MONDAY and it’s still not delivered TO A FEDEX PICKUP LOCATION!
