FedEx delayed shipping my package that was priority overnight. It also required special storage for dry ice but they failed at this too. All in all, I lost about 3 weeks of work and thousands of dollars. My inquiries? A call center in India that jerks me around for hours. Avoid if you can.
My package sat in this facility for two days - missing the delivery window prior to us going out of town. I went to the warehouse twice to attempt to pick it up myself and they wouldn’t retrieve it. Use UPS if you want reliable delivery.
08/01/2026: The FedEx notification told me someone needed to sign for my delivery. Because of this I changed my plans and stayed home, to wait on the doorbell. Imagine my surprise when I received a message that my package had been delivered. The delivery person that signed my name for the delivery didn’t even spell my name correctly. Fortunately the package was outside my door. In the days of “porch pirates” stealing packages, if a package requires a signature then the driver should ring the doorbell and ask for one.
I worm there i have to like it
I have several items that routinely are shipped to me by Fedex and I have no ability to change this. My refrigerated medication is always properly delivered, which I appreciate. However, multiple times my non-refrigerated medications have been delivered to random addresses across my apartment complex, seemingly because the driver is too lazy to actually find each building and appropriately deliver the items. And if I can't find them by driving around randomly, Fedex of course never can locate the items and have them properly... read more
