they leave pallets and pkg material in your trailer, and expec t you to clean it out....junk, just junk....shameful folks...
I ordered my spray ground book bag for back to school on June 1 2025 it is now June 16 2025 my package has been sitting in there facility since June 13th 2025 . Mind you there location is only 45 minutes exactly from my house I promise they will be getting cussed out when I call tomorrow
If i could give this facility a zero rating I would. Everytime my package goes to this location it is either delayed for days or i never get it. I ordered a time sensitive item which should have been delivered 4 days ago and then they updated my account stating that a delivery attempt was made which is a lie because i was home all day and i have cameras around my house. I placed an order on 7/4/25. The shipper sent it out on 7/7/25. Today is 7/16/25. Still no package. The package was sitting in Forest Park for a few days and then went to Ellenwood, where it sat for another 2 days or so. My package was supposed to be delivered to me last week. Now, this morning it says “out for delivery”. I wonder will it be delivered today or if my package has been opened. I’m so irritated. This is ridiculous.
Your package will never get to you if it goes through this facility. I don’t see how companies trust FedEx with their goods. I don’t want a refund I want my package. Shame on you FedEx.
