Many many many stolen packages in transit through this location. AVOID FedEx at all costs, UPS has the loss prevention thing figured out.
Wish I could leave no stars. Delivery was marked for today from 11am-3pm. At about 5 ockock I called which was a 25 minute issue just to get from Ai to a actual person. At which point all he would say is well I am sorry and will bring this up to management. Could only tell me that my package would be delivered by end of day before 8pm. The delivery driver lied about attempting to deliver my package to my home. I have been home all day. Furthermore, the package doesn't even require a signature, why not leave it if that was the case. I knew it would be a problem as soon as i saw Fedex was the courier. Poor, dishonest service, per usual.
I'm still waiting for my small sofa that costed over $400.It's suppose to be delivered on Tuesday in California but it's still stuck at this location . I'm reading a lot of the negative reviews and I'm getting worried and angry.I called this location and it's just a stupid machine. I wanted to to talk to a real person.
Two lost packages within 3 weeks. (Original and then the reshipment). What a disaster of a facility.
