This has been one of the most disappointing FedEx facilities I have visited. Upon arrival, the security guard required me to fill out paperwork and opened the gate, but provided no instructions on where the shipping office was located. When I politely asked for directions, he appeared annoyed and simply told me to drive around the building. There were no signs indicating where drivers should check in. THE ABSOLUTE WORST. I VOW BEFORE GOD ILL NEVER USE FEDEX AGAIN.
This is the worst service ever , my package out for delivery and then it says in able to deliver, then again today and it says un able to deliver due to signature, when the package doesn’t require no signature. Then customer service Sabu that is not kind and is not allow to do nothing just have an attitude and said it was shipped ground can take 14 days , I’m like yeah but one thing is that and another is riding around in the truck everyday and passing by my home and still don’t deliver it .
