If I could give minus stars I would. Constant delivery exceptions on perishable items, the WORST customer service. Packages are damaged as if they threw them out of the truck. This is a constant occurrence.
They will always leave a notice saying there was a delivery exception, but they never even were there. I will be home all day and they NEVER even stop by. They lie all the time. Fed Express went from being a professional organization to total garbage. Lying pieces of waste.
I'm so tired of waiting a week or more for "two day" delivery. The customer service number tells you it's out for delivery, and then it gets returned to the warehouse because of a delivery exception. It happens every time one of my vendors sends my supplies FedEx. I told them don't ship to me FedEx anymore. The Pittston warehouse manager whines about not having enough drivers to get everything out. I don't care. Make them stay out until they're done!! That's what they get paid for!! waiting at my house for 4 days since signature is needed. Every day no one shows up and when I track, it says delivery exception. One day I called to see if shipment was on the truck for delivery that day and they told me they would let me know in 24 to 48 hrs!!! This delivery is perishable. What the hell is wrong with these people. This is the worst service I have ever seen from a national company
