100% garbage is all that works there!! Been waiting 2 days for a delivery and no one ever stopped by and they say no one was home and then take a picture of God knows what. These people don't want to be looking for apartment numbers so they just say they stopped by. Manager needs to get his stupid crap together and fix this laziness. Once again fedex kyle is trash!!!
Received email saying that my package was out for delivery, at midnight I get another email saying the package was delivered. No package. Fedex says that they can not find the package and will get back with me in 24-48 hours. 2 days later get another email saying that the same package is out for delivery again. Stay home all day only to receive an email saying that I was not home for the delivery. Call fedex and they say that the driver said that he should make the delivery tm since I was not home. I didn’t even choose to use FedEx to have a package shipped to me but for some reason the vendor chose FedEx and required a signature. No one is home during the day to sign for the package and FedEx will not allow me to either have the package left without a signature or have the package held at a pickup location. The specific location in Kyle TX closes to the public at 8pm. My driver says he won’t get back to that location until after 8pm. I have no clue how I am supposed to pickup my package.
