Terrible experience. They somehow lost only one part of my package, AirPods, while everything else was still in it. I tracked them to FedEx grounds where they claimed they “fell out” of a sealed package. They did not claim that the package was broken as they are supposed to explain to the receiver. I got the AirPods back extremely dirty and scratched days later than they were supposed to arrive.
I wish I had seen these reviews before - which echo my experience. I believe my driver stole my laptop. Here is the proof of delivery with someone else’s signature (ID was required) it also has a blank delivery address. How is this “confirmation”?? Had a driver leave my package (that required a signature and ID verification) at my door, not take a proof of delivery photo, and sign for it himself which is fraud and not fulfilling the service we paid for. The contents were also broken when it was opened. This was after an "attempt" where they didn't even knock on my door or leave a door tag, and left a photo that was literally just a blank wall. Customer service was not helpful at all and lied to me every step of the way. NEVER send anything important through FedEx
The Fed Express Driver repeatedly claimed that the delivery could not be made because he falsely stated that the addressee was not at home. Fed exp would not make a fourth attempt to deliver a gift despite my assurances that the addressee was at home.
Same experience as the others - they claim they attempted delivery but they never came to my house and we were home all day. I've had them redirect to a local Walgreens so that they don't have any excuses, but who knows if they'll actually deliver it or if the item will be in the box intact. There's some shady stuff going on in this place...
