I had several issues trying to schedule a pick up from my home. The first was the representative was extremely hard to understand due to an accent. After I got the confirmation number for the pick up I had several more questions and she just immediately transferred me to the survey so I had to call back a second time to ask if the questions I needed answers to. Terrible Spent a ton of money to have something overnighted 3 days in a row they said I wasn’t there for delivery The 2nd and 3rd day I was in my garage all day with the door open waiting for the delivery driver who never showed up. This has happened multiple times. Lazy delivery drivers who don’t have enough competence to take a box the an address. Terrible company absolutely no customer service.
