Deliveries have been delayed every single time they come to this site! Never had a problem when packages went to the Hunker location, now we get "due to weather, package will not be delivered" notices in 50+ degree weather conditions, so while I get that's not a normal PA temperature for December, that's no reason to delay shipments when people are waiting for them and have most likely paid for shipping. When things do manage to leave here, they will split shipments (packages coming to the same address) and then return them ... read more
Waited all day for a package that was out for delivery only to have the driver reschedule at 450pm because it was friday and he didnt want to deliver it. When i called about it the driver flat out lied and said he talked to someone on my porch who said deliver it tomorrow.
FedEx has horrible customer service. I see why most use UPS!

Incompetent, unwilling, and seemingly mentally unable to do their job & not just once ! Every time I get a delivery from them they find new ways to screw up !
