For the 4th count it 4th time the drivers have delivered my package to the wrong house. I've tried my best to be patient with them then they go and close my case after a week without contacting me about it. All they said was we are looking into it. I have pictures of where it was left and I sent them pictures of my house. Clearly not the same house. Fedex it a joke any more. As is they place I ordered from cause they say my package is unrefundable.

This is the worse damn FedEx location in the world! The FedEx employees here, have sticky fingers, and will forge your name to something in a minute. Maybe not everyone, but the ones that deliver on my route are. So everything has taken place this year, all involving iPhone 17 Promax, first phone, the FedEx delivery driver called me, because she said, she couldn’t find my house. They said no one at home and it’s not true
I have had 4 packages shipped to me via FedEx within the last 2 months. Only 1 has made it to me. Thankfully 2 were delivered to a neighbor that I could go and ask for my package. But the one delivered today, I have no clue where it is. There’s a photo showing it was delivered but I have never seen the house. Every time I get an email saying “delivered” with a photo, I hold my breath.
