The delivery driver I assume has nothing to do with this, but the shipment facility must be understaffed or just lazy. Every single package I have ever gotten through fedex in the last six years is several days late. It will say “arrives on Monday” then on Monday I get a notification that there was a shipping exception and a future delivery date has been requested. Garrett, the FedEx driver from this location delivered my expensive package to the wrong home and now I'm out of so much money!!!! I've always had issues with FedEx and the sloppy work they do. They never look at the address and double check to make sure they are delivering to the right address. Now Garrett has given my merchandise to someone. I'm done with them. They can’t seem to read a single box that’s supposed to be delivered to my address. Every box ends up at my neighbors house. I’ve called corporate and have special instructions for delivery to my home. I even put larger address numbers on my mailbox.
