These guys suck, have been expecting a package for a week now and the driver pulled into my driveway today and didn’t even leave his truck. Get new drivers.
Of my three last deliveries all had delays related to missing barcodes. Have yet to receive the third. And the last two arrived damaged. If I had a choice I would use UPS. Large corporate freight carriers are not responsive to customer feedback. Frustrating.
Fed Ex Saco just gave the absolute worst delivery experience of my life. I don't usually review delivery companies but this experience made me feel compelled to do so. My fiance and I get Hello Fresh delivered weekly, the box was supposed to come on Wednesday but it got delayed by Fed Ex even though it was on the truck all day. Thursday it was out for delivery again, but at 6:30PM my fiance gets a call from someone at Fed Ex saying they can't deliver the box today and if we wanted it that night we'd have to drive all the way... read more
Medical supplies was supposed to be delivered a week ago... still not here... this is the 5th time iv had this problem with them. The last time, my package was delivered 2 and a half weeks late.
