Driver parks truck in the way and has his music blaring. More professionalism would be appreciated.
Ive gotten the run around for 3 days Regarding a package that was sitting in saco! Yet they delivered the one that arrived 2 days later than that one. You can rarely ever get anyone by phone. Fed ex is starting to do down the toliet. Each person had different answer and most were blunt lies. Finally I can wait another day or pick it up. Im picking it up as each day it was supposed to come it hasn't.
It was very fast to drop off my package while going through the area

Awful experience with FedEx. The driver kept marking “delivery attempted – business closed” even though my address is a residential home. I was home the entire time and no FedEx truck ever came. They kept updating the tracking with failed attempts without actually trying to deliver. Very frustrating and unprofessional service. Never using FedEx again!!!!
