was expecting an important package today and all i get is an update saying they didn’t attempt to deliver it and now it’s coming tomorrow, even though it said it’s on the truck. if anything happens to this package i will be filing a claim. this is ridiculous. if this package isn’t here tomorrow i’ll be driving out and demanding it myself friday soooo.
Delays, delays, delays. Lost packages. I pay for 2 day shipping and things take twice as long. Horrendous company. The WORST shipping service in the USA.
Driver parks truck in the way and has his music blaring. More professionalism would be appreciated.
Ive gotten the run around for 3 days Regarding a package that was sitting in saco! Yet they delivered the one that arrived 2 days later than that one. You can rarely ever get anyone by phone. Fed ex is starting to do down the toliet. Each person had different answer and most were blunt lies. Finally I can wait another day or pick it up. Im picking it up as each day it was supposed to come it hasn't.
It was very fast to drop off my package while going through the area
