Package has been sitting here since February 17th. Called fedex and takes you to India call center which I could not understand until I got a to a third representative and they said package is now lost since no longer being scanned. Great job guys. Outstanding team you got.

I have never been so disgusted. I have been waiting all day for a package to be delivered to my retail store. I went outside for some fresh air and saw a tag on my door!!! No knock, didn’t try to open the unlocked door. This is a retail store! The customers have no problem figuring out how to open a door. Call the 800 number and of course they are just as useless. It’s a Friday so now I have to wait the weekend for a package I paid $27 for shipping. Useless people!!!! Should be fined and closed down!

I had a very expensive, bulky item shipped to me. I saw that it would arrive 1 day before we returned from vacation, so I put it on " vacation hold" using the FedEx delivery manager. It showed as vacation hold. The item was out for delivery a day early. I called before it was actually delivered, and a customer service person told me " I don't see it in the system".
