The delivery driver just threw it from a distance, on my step & it rolled across my step. There’s no excuse for that. Fed Ex is the worse delivery service out of all of them. Has been for a lot of years & continues to degrade in its service. Very frustrating the lack of respect for a person’s purchase. Thankfully nothing in it was breakable.

Absolutely terrible. Came to my house and left a tag on the door, on the back it said sign and check this box and will leave the package here which I did. The next day The Driver came to my house and my wife watched him put another tag on the door. Take a picture of it and walk away never rang the doorbell and never knocked on the door. I called to find out what was going on with my package and nobody could help me do anything and it’s now been four days And the package is damaged. What an absolute joke of a business.!!
