Fast and efficient friendly
They show up in unmarked trucks, park with over-sided vehicles in driveways that are rated for the weight of the truck. When you try to tell them not to do that, they don't speak English and drive away.
Terrible service. The driver assigned to my neighborhood either can’t figure out how a door buzzer works, or is too lazy to. Doordash drivers are more competent than these people and have a much better track record.
This facility is absolutely ridiculous. They lie to you time and time again about delivery. I ordered a product for a customer a week ago and it was supposed to deliver two days later. Tracking keeps saying it is out for delivery, and I even talked with someone at the facility. More lies, and still no product. They upset my customer, and lost business. This facility really needs change of management, especially in the warehouse.
