Ok folks here's the down low truth about every contractor in this circus of a place ( Glasson Dr FedEx). Your work ethics , punctuality and availability to aid in stressful situations are worth ZERO in this place You may get your job done every day show up for work every day and be available to help whenever asked to do so and you will not get a raise. I was supposed to receive a shipment of live plants on Saturday. I got a message letting me know it was out for delivery and then that there was no attempt made and it was rescheduled for Monday. I definitely didn’t want the plants left in a truck or warehouse for three days in the Texas heat! I called the customer service number to try to pick up the package, but really got nowhere with the representative. I decided to file a complaint after getting nowhere.
