Worst shipping company ever! I've had like 5 failed delivery attempts from them. It's always for an alcohol delivery. They never even try checking off someone is home. I've even tried to have it delivered to my work where there is always someone available to recieve the delivery. And still problems ("Failed delivery attempt"). Today I left work 5hrs early to make sure I'd be home to recieve the package. Delivery window stated a nearly 3 hour window. That window of time ended 2 hours ago! Should be given 0 stars. This second time package left by garage in rain. My covered porch is steps away. Pure laziness. I will be seeking reimbursement for leaving it in the rain. Everyone is right, your business should be shutdown as you have NO REGARD for people's packages or property!!! Shame on you for not taking this seriously!!!! I, too will boycott any company that uses you for delivery!! I hope everyone joins in and does the same!!!!
