My package to my daughter has now been delayed for three days. According to the agent I spoke with, the delay is due to an inventory issue?!??!!! The package contains important items, and I am extremely disappointed with this experience. Because of this, I do not plan to use FedEx again.
My package was supposed to go to GA. Somehow it went to Middletown CT, and BACK to Chicopee. Now it's marked as "undeliverable" in Chicopee, and it's "lost." Fed Ex denied my claim, and said the shipper has to file the claim, and now I'm fighting tooth and nail trying to get a claim put in. Something is definitely going on at this location.
I sat down today fully prepared to leave a 1-star review, like everyone else on here.... Twice, a door tag greeted me instead of my package, because the driver wouldn't climb one flight of stairs to my second-floor apartment, even with a note in the app asking him to knock upstairs.
