Worst experience I have ever had with deliveries. I have never once had a delivery come within even several days of original delivery date. Unfortunately sometimes Amazon packages come through them. Just now was supposed to have a large package delivered. I watched the delivery driver on the app parked in a lot at the bottom of my hill for over an hour, then made deliveries around here and drove back to chicopee because of weather. They lied and said they tried to deliver 3 times when it was only 2 times they came. Package requires a signature and there is no option to pick up the package myself. Customer service did not help but kept telling me to contact the shipper. So I did and was told by the shipper it was going to be redelivered the next day. That day was yesterday… still waiting… I hate Fedex! Completely incompetent! Businesses need to stop using them!

From now on I'm going to ask stateside ground shipping sellers if they use FedEx Ground to deliver. If they say they do, I'll be spending my money elsewhere. Why? Because yesterday was the last time of several over the past few years that FedEx has told me a signature-required delivery was coming "by end of day" on a certain date, leaving those same words each time I refreshed tracking throughout the day Each time they've made me wait ALL frickin DAY, they only changed the delivery message to "We'll add a delivery date as so... read more
