Wow! I wish I could've left NO stars! I had to call FED EX three times about two online Walmartdotcom orders last week. The third parties I ordered the two items from weren't at fault!! Walmart actually left me a message within my account that one item was LOST. I filed TWO complaints 😌 prior to last Wednesday, July 29th, 2026. One on Monday of last week. Fed ex sucks
Twice now i had packages delivered to my home in Appleton that were delivered to someone else. The pictures are not my house. I can't tell where they delivered my packages. I call for support and can not get past the AI gatekeeper. I get refunds for my lost packages from Walmart which is good, but it's Not their fault and I still have to find replacement stuff that won't be shipped via FedEx. FedEx driver stole my package. Look at the "proof of delivery" where the driver doesn't show the location where he "delivered". Instead, the driver only took a photo of the shipping label as "proof". Straight robbing people on the clock and FedEx allows it.
