Employee “Aiden” must have just started there. This guy speaks for Fed Ex and told me my lost package was probably taken from the warehouse staff and there’s nothing anyone is gonna do while he’s “balling out on so many bands” buying new cars and houses in the last month from making so much money. Works hard taking pictures of packages in the trucks.

Failed to notify me that I have to sign and be present at the address it will be arrived at. Customer service did a poor job at helping me out.

I have numerous cameras around my house including a ring camera. Day one Thursday, I was supposed to have a package delivered. I come home to find a slip hiding on my porch as it had fallen off the door as they did not securely adhere it to. So on Friday, I stayed home with my car parked out front to see that there was someone there. They did not pass by the house nor did they ring the doorbell. Left my package somewhere other than my house three days ago still no answer another time the driver lied about delivering it the next day I had to chase into Walgreens in New London to get my package
