Twice now i had packages delivered to my home in Appleton that were delivered to someone else. The pictures are not my house. I can't tell where they delivered my packages. I call for support and can not get past the AI gatekeeper. I get refunds for my lost packages from Walmart which is good, but it's Not their fault and I still have to find replacement stuff that won't be shipped via FedEx. FedEx driver stole my package. Look at the "proof of delivery" where the driver doesn't show the location where he "delivered". Instead, the driver only took a photo of the shipping label as "proof". Straight robbing people on the clock and FedEx allows it.
If you can AVOID using FedEx Ground do it at all costs. FedEx ground drivers in Oshkosh are the worst employees I have ever encountered. Nothing ever changes. Years of bad deliveries. This is clearly a managerial issue. Maybe hire better employees and managers. One driver is smoking a huge cigar hanging out of his mouth and blaring rap music out of truck (literally thumping music). Packages smell like a cigar bar. No place to drop off packages or conduct shipping/mailing services. Nice employee parking lot though.
