I spoke to Mary on Saturday, 9-13 about an order that was supposed to come on 9-8. I gave her explicit instructions on how to deliver the package, since FedEx was ‘unable’ to deliver it. Now, it is 9-16 and I still haven’t received my order. FedEx and Mary are both disappointments. I would avoid them at all costs if you can.

Attempted to deliver outside of the delivery window and made no attempt to contact me and when I called FedEx to request a redelivery I was told it was impossible they would be back in two days and there was nothing they could do.

My packages for a very important event not delivered when the other 4 was ,. Wrong address it says !!!! Nobody else had the problem , can get ahold of anyone and no one site pick up ,no intercept, just SOL.

Watched the driver back into driveway and never get out of the truck to come to the door with delivery. Adjusted my schedule to be here at the time scheduled as delivery requires signature and won’t let me sign ahead. Delivery from UPS got signed for in same time frame same day successfully.
