FedEx Ground completely dropped the ball on my recent delivery. Instead of bringing my package to my address, the driver managed to leave it at a completely different house a half hour away, while dropping their package on my front porch. Because customer support was useless, I had to spend my own time and gas driving to hand-deliver the stranger's package and retrieve my own. If I could rate it a 0 star I would. This is literally the worst delivery service by far , every single package I get is delayed, they don’t follow the delivery directions so I’m confused why there’s even an option to add them. Customer service is useless per usual but that’s no surprise. Every time I call it’s lie after lie just to stall instead of getting something done to solve the problem. The driver has delivered the last FIVE packages of mine to the wrong address. I have filed complaints, called and spoke to someone and today they did it again.
Zachary the delivery driver that services Howell mi is AWFUL. He constantly is late and is a terrible driver. Every time I see his name as my driver with my package I immediately fill with rage he needs to be fired
FedEx is the worst shipping company you can use. The tracking system is horrible and nothing ever arrives when they say. The day the package is supposed arrive they will change the arrival date. This happens everytime. I would use the US postal service before this company.
