Three days of them claiming my address is wrong, even though they have delivered here for the 10 years that I have lived here. They just delivered packages a few weeks ago here. Verified the address for my package was correct online, got in contact with Rockauto and they verified they used the correct address, FedEx even called me and reverified the address, yet, they claim they can’t find my address!! Garbage. Would do zero stars if I had the option.
My experience with Saline FedEx was absolutely horrible !!! Was expecting a package that needed to be signed for left instructions ..door codes .. and notes on my apartment building saying this is where the package goes .. the driver Tommy “ attempted “ to deliver 2days in row claiming he could not get in building even tho my door was unlocked .. he was going to the building directly next to mine that I had even placed a note on saying this is not the building with an arrow pointing to mine saying this is the building!!? FedEx is by far the worst carrier. I have filed two complaints and heard nothing yet. FedEx drivers will not deliver my packages to my house and instead, leave them on the edge of the road to either get stolen or destroyed. I live out in the country and every other carrier has the decency to bring packages up to my house. Not FedEx. Hopefully this will be resolved soon, but I'm not going to hold my breath. My package was supposed to be here on Thursday. After stating it was out for delivery, I ended the day with a "delivery not attempted" because of dangerous conditions. They weren't even close to my house according to their app tracker, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Friday started out with a projection of delivery by 10am.
