FedEx is by far the worst carrier. I have filed two complaints and heard nothing yet. FedEx drivers will not deliver my packages to my house and instead, leave them on the edge of the road to either get stolen or destroyed. I live out in the country and every other carrier has the decency to bring packages up to my house. Not FedEx. Hopefully this will be resolved soon, but I'm not going to hold my breath. My package was supposed to be here on Thursday. After stating it was out for delivery, I ended the day with a "delivery not attempted" because of dangerous conditions. They weren't even close to my house according to their app tracker, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Friday started out with a projection of delivery by 10am. Delivery was listed as unable to deliver because of address. Address is correct and customer service was absolutely no help. Told me no information could be given because I was not the shipper. Within 20 minutes called and confirmed the address. Kinda difficult to deliver packages when you don’t stop your truck.
Most the drivers to not take the time to find the correct address and just leave packages wherever, leaving customers to track them down themselves. Would leave 1 star but the driver yesterday did take the time to deliver packages to the correct homes, including mine, that was delivered incorrectly the day before.
