The Fed Ex driver out of Sherman Texas CONTINUALLY throws our pkgs over the fence!!!!! I’ve called and complained 3 times and it continues to happen. I will be calling BBB.

I was a delivery driver for fedex ground and it's awful. Pay is not worth the work you do or the time you're at work. Management does nothing meaningful. Fedex and the managers DO NOT care about you (the driver) or the customers. Reasons they don't care about the customer: 1. Their loaders will throw your packages into the trucks and damage your boxes and then try to send it out to be delivered on the trucks with holes in the box or boxes just falling apart. These delivery drivers are lazy, and have been for some time. Last few deliveries have been left at the end of the driveway, along a busy Farm to Market road in full view of traffic, just inviting theft. There is no reason the driver cannot come up the drive and leave the package on the porch. Delivery prior to this was left the same way but I personally observed the driver throw the package in the grass and never leave his truck. Completely unacceptable.
