Great customer service, well maintained office
Complete trash company, would advise using literally anyone else over these clowns. Incapable of doing their job correctly.
Fedex was scheduled to deliver pkg on 17 Aug. Notes were posted on both doors to knock loudly as it is a secure facility. No knock, no phone call, just left a door tag. This is unacceptable and not the first time it's happened!
I missed my drop off at my home and was really wanting my package, so I went to the distribution center in Sherman, and the FedEx personnel I spoke with was very quickly to retrieve the package. Thank you, FedEx
