Looks like I don’t need to go into too much detail. You can read all of the negative reviews here and see how terrible this fedex location is. I’ve had 3 very infuriating, extremely inconveniencing experiences with them. They are unreliable more often than not and their customer service is atrocious. They make it impossible to get a person on the phone and when you do no one can do anything and they will even lie to you and tell you you saw the wrong information on the tracking page. My package is being delayed. The reason is “delivery exception - incorrect address/apt#”. I am trying to get in contact with them to let them know my correct address but I can’t get through to speak to a customer service representative and the robot keeps hanging up on me. Every day it gets postponed for the next day. FedEx customer service sucks.
