Every time I order car parts on Amazon a.d FedEx has to deliver it, FedEx either damages the parts beyond use, or they mysteriously can't find my package after picking it up from shipper. 5 times in months. Still waiting on parts I ordered and dealing with investigations that lead to nowhere. Never any issues with UPS or Ontrac. FedEx is the worst

Loaders here suck at their job. They must have never played Tetris or played with stacking blocks. Drivers always have to touch packages more than once to find what they are looking for

Hopefully u have the right pick up number. Unless the people that work there are new they may not know which is your right one unless the supervisor is there. Small place so it's as organized as it can be there. Will not allow u to stay in the facility to wait for load considering their really no space but u can sit outside until they call u for your pick-up being ready. The linehaul or check-in is just to your left the second u enter gate. It doesn't have driver-check in so don't get disoriented to where to go. It's an auto... read more
