Hopefully u have the right pick up number. Unless the people that work there are new they may not know which is your right one unless the supervisor is there. Small place so it's as organized as it can be there. Will not allow u to stay in the facility to wait for load considering their really no space but u can sit outside until they call u for your pick-up being ready. Very, very bad service! If the door code isn’t working, why doesn’t the delivery guy contact the customer to say, ‘Your package is here—can someone let me in, or can you come outside to pick it up?’ FedEx, this is the third time this has happened to me. Honestly, your service is terrible. This is why I avoid shipping with FedEx. Amazon and UPS always provide the best customer service in the world.
