Eddie, I believe Santa in disguise, called me to pick up a package they had attempted to deliver several times during the day, and waited for us to drive and pick it up. His uplifting spirit and his willingness to provide excellent customer service was so refreshing! I am amazed that people with good hearts still are out there. He is a gem for any company.
Still haven't received my package it's stuck in this location for a week. It was out first shipping but it got flagged for Incorrect address. I tried contacting them but I kepp getting answer the package will arrive before 5pm
Every time I order car parts on Amazon a.d FedEx has to deliver it, FedEx either damages the parts beyond use, or they mysteriously can't find my package after picking it up from shipper. 5 times in months. Still waiting on parts I ordered and dealing with investigations that lead to nowhere. Never any issues with UPS or Ontrac. FedEx is the worst
Loaders here suck at their job. They must have never played Tetris or played with stacking blocks. Drivers always have to touch packages more than once to find what they are looking for
