Loaders here suck at their job. They must have never played Tetris or played with stacking blocks. Drivers always have to touch packages more than once to find what they are looking for
Hopefully u have the right pick up number. Unless the people that work there are new they may not know which is your right one unless the supervisor is there. Small place so it's as organized as it can be there. Will not allow u to stay in the facility to wait for load considering their really no space but u can sit outside until they call u for your pick-up being ready.
