Very, very bad service! If the door code isn’t working, why doesn’t the delivery guy contact the customer to say, ‘Your package is here—can someone let me in, or can you come outside to pick it up?’ FedEx, this is the third time this has happened to me. Honestly, your service is terrible. This is why I avoid shipping with FedEx. Amazon and UPS always provide the best customer service in the world.
Have been having this issue for 7 days and counting now. FedEx tracking says that a delivery attempt has been made for those days. No one has knocked on my door. Called FedEx customer service multiple times, and a ticket was issued to have the driver knock on the door. Had original shopper try to release my package for pickup, but FedEx is giving them the run around and saying the package has not been attempted to deliver despite the shipper seeing the same tracking info as me.
