FedEx is super unreliable. They have horrible logistics. Drivers don't care about making you wait all day and then they don't even attempt to drop off your package.
FedEx left a door tag indicating that nobody was home and they could not deliver. Wrong, we were home. The tag clearly stated they would re-deliver following day; signature required. WRONG they never returned. FedEx cust. Svc. also promised it would be delivered next day. WRONG it wasn't. FedEx has been wrong at every turn and they will not provide any access to the Redmond WA distribution center management and the telephone service people have no information and no tools to solver problems. Avoid FedEX. UPS is much better.
