Sat at home to receive a package; they didn’t feel like delivering! Not everyone has a salary job. No attempt made. Then they LIED and tried to cover themselves and put oh we tried to deliver but no one available to accept package. We have cameras; dogs, nosy neighbors and neighbors apps & cameras that didn’t get activate because NO ONE CAME. So I requested a hold, the system accepted it. Thanks for claiming to deliver to my apartment yet the picture clearly shows it’s not my apartment. Twice this week your guys have been a lazy asses! Your last “supposed” delivery cost me $80 because the company refuses to give me refund. They said to call it in stolen… can’t claim stolen if never delivered to correct destination. I’m not going to waste Police department time because your guys are to lazy to do what’s right. It should be mandatory that the picture includes apartment number. They provide a time frame that's inaccurate. They provide a map the shows the delivery truck, but not how many stops away you are. The driver for our package, Mowafg, was on the same block/quarter mile radius of a residential single family home area for over 2 hours. I don't know who they're hiring, but omg they are incredibly slow and inefficient without transparency. Which is a recipe for customer dissatisfaction. Oh, and the package never even got delivered that day.
