Can deliver my package to right location.
Terrible service. Even though the shipper sent me confirmation that I don’t need to sign for the package, they didn’t deliver the package and they refuse to include more of delivery timeframe then will be delivered before 8pm. Their automated system is terrible too! Can’t get a representative on the phone.
On July 1st, I received a text from the delivery driver stating that the package could not be delivered due to the requirement for a signature and the absence of anyone at home. I replied and requested that the package be redirected to a FedEx pickup location so I could collect it myself. The driver responded and provided the address of a pickup point in Redmond.
