Just like everyone else, I've had a long history with FedEx screwing me over, particularly this distribution location. "Attempted delivery" YEAH RIGHT. I swear they just get to a certain point in their route and just hit "attempted" for everything they don't feel like doing so they can go home early. The best part, you have no recourse. You can't chase down the van and get it from them. The distribution center has narrow hours. They clearly have a very lazy dishonest delivery person in the Woodinville area. Either they’re milking the clock, stealing packages, or are not able to lift anything over 30 pounds. Once again, my package was an “attempt delivery, business closed” to a 24/7 open mail room apartment. Did not receive any notification, no photo proof (of course) and the best part is UPS delivered a package just 5 minutes after fedex’s “attempt” Such terrible customer service.
LEFT A PACKAGE WHERE A SIGN THAT NOTES THIS IS NOT A FRONT DOOR AND PACKAGE GOT STOLEN. POOR PERFORMANCE, SHAME ON THAT DELIVERER, IF YOU DONT LIKE YOUR JOB, SIMPLE JUST QUIT!!!!
