FedEx left a door tag indicating that nobody was home and they could not deliver. Wrong, we were home. The tag clearly stated they would re-deliver following day; signature required. WRONG they never returned. FedEx cust. Svc. also promised it would be delivered next day. WRONG it wasn't. FedEx has been wrong at every turn and they will not provide any access to the Redmond WA distribution center management and the telephone service people have no information and no tools to solver problems. Avoid FedEX. UPS is much better.
I have appointment last week and all things done need to start job they gave numbers but nobody’s responding not even single reply to text 3 days trying to get a response
