On July 1st, I received a text from the delivery driver stating that the package could not be delivered due to the requirement for a signature and the absence of anyone at home. I replied and requested that the package be redirected to a FedEx pickup location so I could collect it myself. The driver responded and provided the address of a pickup point in Redmond. The worst delivery company. They routinely leave packages on the sidewalk outside my house instead of walking up the front stairs to leave them at the front door. Every other delivery company delivers to my porch/door. What's even worse is that FedEx often delivers after 10pm. Yesterday, they did this with a box my father in law sent of my husband's high school photos and memories. It is the first package I've ever had stolen at this address. It’s really sad my location is bound to this ground service. They are the worst
Aside from one delivery, every other delivery we have had for the past several years has been forked up by FedEx. Our current issue is that the same package has been “out for delivery” for 4 days, never shows up, and there is no way to reach a human to help. Usually they just can’t find the front door and leave valuable packages by the street, but this is a new level of incompetence.
