Extremely frustrating experience. The FedEx driver came to my apartment and delivered one package from my Libernovo order (the footrest) but left the chair behind, even though it was on the same delivery route and still showed "Out for Delivery." I stayed home waiting because the tracking continued to say the driver was on the way, only to watch the truck move farther away from my address. If a driver knows there are multiple packages for the same stop, the delivery should be completed before leaving. This wasted my time and... read more
