They delivered my package to the wrong address and after spending 30 minutes in their phone system trying to talk to a person I gave up because they would not connect me. I would not trust Fedex with anything important.
Terrible service keep not delivering package the guy doesn’t even go to the door because I’m the 3rd floor the customer service rep has hung up on me refused to hold package at location this is ridiculous and unacceptable I will be doing business thru ups
Google needs to introduce negative ratings. Even 1 star is more for Fedex.. never delivers my packages and its a repeated offense.. Fedex is a joke and the customer service team is even worse.. 3 of my packages were never delivered and they don’t even care.. the customer service informed me to pick up and it was not there in the pick up facility as well.
