I have waited ALL today Jan 2 for a delivery. The package per tracking was supposed to be delivered between 12 and 1430. Then tracking changed to later today. Then the DRIVER LIED and said business closed!!! It is my house. And customer not available!!! Another lie! I have been waiting here and ZERO attempt was made. Per the website it was a black man named Kenishewane or something similar who was to deliver. I live in a gated, guarded neighborhood and he made zero attempt to deliver. I have a package that says it is in this facility that should have been delivered by now. Once I contacted fedex got told there was nothing they. Could do to contact the seller to see if they could send a new one. This is a business critical package and could fill orders. I had to issue refunds and have wait to see if it will show up. I am currently out of work due to fedex. The package cost me and my company $3000. Plus lost income from my company being shut down. Ridiculous.
FedEx driver lied about not being able to deliver overnight package! Why?
Don't work here as a driver, you will work a lot for very little. This is contracted work so you WILL NOT get any benefits. Above all else, go apply for UPS, much happier place
I have called to talk to people on why my packages aren’t getting delivered - i lived in a different apartment complex last year on the third floor and they’d leave it on the first floor in front of a strangers door. FEDEX is the worst delivery service - amazon can send it to me why can’t yall? I live in the first floor - yall can stop being lazy get out the delivery vehicles and actually deliver my packages and not request a hold for a week straight -
