I had a package being delivered with a work computer and other essential items scheduled to be delivered on 01/11. After nothing arriving I decided to call in and request a hold at location on 01/13 (what a mistake this was). For whatever reason they decided to transfer it to another Irving location (1 mile down the road also in Irving) and consistently not deliver it daily. THEY LET A MAN GO BACK TO WORK AFTER A SEXUAL HARRASMENT REPORT!! THEY ALSO LET HIM BACK TO WORK IN THE SAME AREA AS THE VICTIM! NOTHING WAS DONE TO PROTECT THE YOUNG LADY AT ALL!!!! LAWSUIT!!!!!!!

FedEx has wrong delivered 3 of my packages which means they are stealing packages and you can’t get in contact with them. This is the absolute worst..
