I have called to talk to people on why my packages aren’t getting delivered - i lived in a different apartment complex last year on the third floor and they’d leave it on the first floor in front of a strangers door. FEDEX is the worst delivery service - amazon can send it to me why can’t yall? I live in the first floor - yall can stop being lazy get out the delivery vehicles and actually deliver my packages and not request a hold for a week straight -
My package was supposed to be delivered to my location.They came twice, and I was not there.I asked for my package to be delivered at a certain time.My package was coming from irving, texas, and now we ended up back in nashville, tennessee and customer service can't tell me why and it was supposed to deliver my package on the eighteenth and it was never loaded on the truck.
