Package is bouncing all over Texas and now Oklahoma.
Driver did not even get out of the truck and marked my package as wrong address not deliverable. I was outside waiting on the man and seen him with my eyes went in to open the door for him and he drove off. Try calling customer service, their AI is a joke then they claim they have no way to contact drivers. That’s a big fat lie.
FIRST-Sonya and Gail are extremely unprofessional, rude, provide you with multiple conflicting information regarding your package and not helpful at all. Clint is the supervisor and after I was placed on hold multiple times abruptly and without notice or my permission he enter the line and did not address the extreme unprofessional behavior of these to employees just made excuses due to high volume of packages that are not being sorted though properly, back up due to previous in inclement weather and drivers are not deliveri... read more
