FIRST-Sonya and Gail are extremely unprofessional, rude, provide you with multiple conflicting information regarding your package and not helpful at all. The Fedex Irving facility is a complete joke. Everytime I order online and see it's with Fedex, I just know it's going to be late. This facility has been a joke for years and doesn't seem to be getting any better anytime soon. Fedex do better.
I will have my lawyer call the corporate to investigate this operation ASAP!!! Packages are not delivering, instead they are being chauffered on their trucks for 4 to 5 days within the same city pretending they will deliver. Its a shame because it took 2 days for the package to come cross country and now its taking a week or more in the same postal code with some driver that is not doing their job.

My package has been marked as “out for delivery today” for over a week. FedEx claims my address is “permanently closed,” even though I see FedEx delivery trucks in my condominium complex every day. Today, I received a different FedEx package and asked the driver about this specific delivery.
