I don’t know what happened to FedEx, but they are now the worst way to ship ground or 2nd Day Air. Packages are always late and being delivered by 3rd parties. When you call to complain, you can’t even speak to a live person. If you own a business, don’t use FedEx. They constantly try to deliver at night time when the business is closed. I do not recommend FedEx and I will try to get my Vendors to use UPS or USPS.
Delivery service is extremely poor. FedEx used to be top notch but sadly that is no longer the case. Items sit on trucks are delivered to the wrong stations, and staff constantly give false promises when a package is delayed. Use someone else unless you are not in a hurry to receive an item.
Driver too lazy to walk up 12 steps
Joshua lies about attempting delivery with no package in his hands and scurried away without knocking or leaving a tag. You should be ashamed of yourself for being so awful at your job. Go do literally anything else with your life and stop wasting the people of San Antonio’s precious time
