Delivery service is extremely poor. FedEx used to be top notch but sadly that is no longer the case. Items sit on trucks are delivered to the wrong stations, and staff constantly give false promises when a package is delayed. Use someone else unless you are not in a hurry to receive an item.

Joshua lies about attempting delivery with no package in his hands and scurried away without knocking or leaving a tag. You should be ashamed of yourself for being so awful at your job. Go do literally anything else with your life and stop wasting the people of San Antonio’s precious time
delivery held w/o any contact to receiver. no attempts to deliver on-time and instead delayed 3 days. very unprofessional
