The driver that delivers in our neighborhood drives way to fast. We live on 1 car wide gravel lane with numerous kids, pets, and wildlife. He or she goes so fast he leaves a dust cloud behind the box van. The wife stopped the van one day politely asked to plz slow down. Driver had the nerve to say, I'm not going fast now, while stopped. Very rude This driver made a delivery at about 6:30pm to 350 Lagniappe Lane, on 3-20-26. Again flying I could hear the back door jumping up and down as it bounced down our gravel lane.
The hours posted on Google and on their own sign say they’re open until 8PM. Arrived at 6:20 and tried to drop off a package. I didn’t get an answer at any of the numbers they had posted to call, and the security guard said it was because “It’s pretty late”.
Refused to deliver my package and made me drive from Boerne to go pick it up.
Never do these people come in the gate to my apt and driver always emails no one home and I wind up chasing package around different hubs Go USPS or UPS
