Worst customer service. Most of the time there is no one at the drop off and you have wasted your time. I avoid using FedEx whenever I can.

Tell your employees to treat customers with respect. I know you can’t pay them good, so they couldn’t care less about being respectful, but they really need to respect customers. One of your employees (a white gentleman around the age of 38/about 5”10) came to my door and was banging extremely hard and obnoxiously on it. I was down in my basement with my headphones in (and I wasn’t even the one that was supposed to be home to sign for the package, it was for someone else). This is the most ridiculous delivery system for signed packages. They provided me a four-hour window in which my package could be delivered, but no one can just be at home in the middle of the day for that long, so they said they would come back today. Once again, four and a half hour window for delivery. Of course they then tried to deliver it just twenty minutes after I left for a class. This Fed Ex Driver by Lees pharmacy in Logan Utah yelled out at me saying I was in the road, I was in a parking spot hanging out a little, he went around, because he was so rude and unprofessional I drove and got the license plate number , 7ALS1 utah license.
