Too much irresponsibility. This is not the first time they dropped someone else’s product to my doorstep and my products to nowhere. They took pictures to prove that they dropped but those pictures were taken casually. We can’t even recognize the apartment number or home number. This is a real problem. They dropped my son’s passport to others and it soaked by Ray for days before we found it. It is not acceptable. See the pic

Worst customer service. Most of the time there is no one at the drop off and you have wasted your time. I avoid using FedEx whenever I can.
