I am SICK of these drivers leaving my packages down at the mailbox! My mailbox is a MILE from my house and it's down there with 6 other mailboxes. They leave my packages down there and people steal them. Drive up my freaking driveway and bring my packages to my front porch LIKE THE DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS TELL YOU TO!!! I'm sick of losing money because y'all are too lazy to drive an exta mile!

Package was overnighted and went to Cambridge. They said they attempted to deliver but customer wasn't home. Number one I was home all day and have cameras they never were at my house. Number 2 the package doesn't require a signature. Now its just sitting at the Cambridge location. I called customer service which is out of this country of course, they said there was no one to talk to in Cambridge because its a warehouse shipping facility. FedEx driver strikes again 😭🤬. We just got a photo of our delivery and it's not our house. My husband just took off to try to locate it by the picture she took near our house. Of course the shipping information is on his phone. In the meantime I am trying to get ahold of a real person and that's a joke. They will not put me through to a real person since I don't have the tracking number or door tag. They are the worst delivery service ever!

Absolute trash! My shipments are never delivered, they cant drive and just block roads my buisness NEVER SHIPS WITH FEDEX and quits ordering from anyone who does ship fedex
