Terrible.. waited all day for them to arrive with my package to assist the driver (it’s a little heavy) just for the driver lie and report that “they attempted a delivery” and that I requested an extension. Now my $1700 package is nowhere to be found. Absolutely unacceptable.

They put my package on the delivery truck this morning at 5am after it had already been delayed a week, just to take it off at 9am and say that they're holding it because a request to hold the package was made? Contacted FedEx since I didn't make the request, asked the supervisor to contact Cambridge and let them know I was coming to get since its medicinal and shouldn't be exposed to heat or any type of condensation for long periods of time. All of a sudden after 20 years of bringing my packages up to my door The past two months they have been dropping my stuff down next to the road. Obviously a new lazy driver. UPS and Amazon have no problem bringing my packages to my door. Pretty damn sad!
