My very pricey packages have been sitting in this warehouse for five days, a marked “out for delivery” every day. Just for it to change to “delivery was not attempted, Will deliver tomorrow” every evening. Customer service is of no help. Can we get our stuff??? Amazing no other shipping company has these issues. I’ll pay extra to avoid FedEx. Pay your people and fix your operations. This should not still be a thing years later!

If I could give 0, I would. Package was supposed to be delivered 3 days ago and I witnessed the driver pull up to my house, get out, see me, and then get back in the truck and leave. "No attempt made" yeah I know, I was there! Called customer service only to be hung up on 3x and then they said I placed a hold on it. Absolutely not. They are shady, unreliable, and absolutely abhorrent at their ONE JOB. Now my package is on yet another truck but it won't be delivered until tomorrow. Yeah right.

Cambridge, Ohio FedEx is a literal joke… I have waited DAYS for my package and I just keep getting the same notification over and over ago… where it’s basically just being held there for no apparent reason… for example yesterday at 12 pm “delivery not attempted” the weather isn’t even bad what is going on???? At this point I’m about to cancel my Walmart order.

I currently have multiple packages that are being delayed. Most notably I have a box of Frozen feeder rats for my ball pythons that were supposed to arrive Thursday. Today is Monday and they have been delayed again. So now they likely have a box of 40 decaying rats sitting in their warehouse because of their incompetence.
