This is my third package they have declined to deliver for no reason. Just sitting there in the warehouse after being out for delivery and some unknown "exception". Customer service number is no help. I sell on ebay so on heavy returns the return label defaults to fedex.
Worst shipping company and the worst location of delivery drivers in the world. Constantly delayed packages, mine included and are extremely slow. I watched at least 4 other delivery companies pass by my house with deliveries without a problem. They started at 5:00 am and it is now 6:17 pm. 13 hours to drop off packages and they didn't even reach my town.
Package stolen. Getting run around by fed ex. Driver did not deliver to my door, i have security cameras yo prove it.
Left my package right next to the road in the snow.
