Driver didn't even knock on the door for a package needing signature release. Claimed to try and deliver twice the same package yet didn't even leave a Door Tag Number or attempt notice, claiming no one was home. I'm a veteran living in the community. UPS can identify the address correctly, why can't FEDEX?
Received phone call from FedEx, stating driveway was not plowed, couldn't deliver, the driveway definitely was plowed since the storm. I live in leeisberry also. This is country out here not a city. Was promised package would be redelivred today. We will see.!!!
This place is a joke. Sent my stuff back to New Jersey 2 time before sending back to Texas. Then when they got it back they sat in front of my house 10 minutes then drove off. Now I got an email about a new delivery date. It was supposed to be delivered a week ago before the snow.
