Constantly holding packages at warehouse to deliver when it’s convenient for them. Disrespectful and poor business value. Future shipments will be directed to be sent through alternative providers. Not wasting anymore money with FedEx. Edit: Picking up packages here is good, no major issues picking up. Still don’t understand why they don’t deliver over by us, but we just have them hold all our packages now.
Clean and Organized.
They take their sweet time delivering package. Package is late by 2 days. Customer service keeps moving the goalpost. Worst service ever.
