First perishable shipment was routed to Orlando. Received 3 days late but not safe to eat. Reshipment sat at Fed Ex facility Lewisberry, PA, for 2 full days before delivery . Warehouse is 2 miles from my home. Management here is sleeping & incompetence.
Extremely disappointed. I have been tracking a package since Thursday . My home address was correct, however because the driver gave up looking for it, he or she took it upon themselves to “correct” the address. It was late on Thursday afternoon that I got the notification that the address was changed. It never needed changing. The driver was simply done for the day and decided it was the wrong address. Friday morning I get notified that a delivery attempt was made, but no one available . I did not need to sign for the packa... read more

These people totally suck and the drivers are soooo lazy. I will be talking to someone hire up bc this is getting ridiculous
