Fedex Newville distribution is the worst I have ever experienced. They can never get a delivery correct in the first several tries. They constantly load shipments on the wrong delivery trucks, and they simply don't care. Terrible service!
There’s an employee here that’s definitely messing everyone’s orders up and I believe the name is Logan. It’s was out for delivery one his truck for a few hours than I get “delivery not attempted” this was supposed to be an overnight delivery. This seems very intentional
They take their sweet time delivering packages. Package is late by 2 days. Customer service keeps moving the goalpost Worst service ever. Update as of 08/02/2026... Problem still continues. Especially at the hands of the Lewisberry, PA location. Their drivers are lazy. Expected a package yesterday and then got a text saying that they couldn't deliver it even though UPS, USPS, AND Amazon all delivered.
