Absurdly terrible. They do not knock on your dog when attempting delivery. They do not fill out the door tag so you'll have no idea who the delivery is for. They do not notify you that you have to make a pickup. They do not list where the pickup is. They have insanely sporadic hours for customer pickups. If I could give negative stars I would, all my shipping will be through usps or ups.

Absolutely abhorrent service. Zero competency. Refuse to deliver my package even though it requires no signature. Also refused to give me my package when I went in person to pick it up. Useless.
Package marked as delivered was never received. I was physically present at the delivery time and specifically watched for the FedEx truck, but no package was ever left at my door or in the mailroom. Despite opening a case, FedEx provided no GPS location, no delivery photo, and no verifiable proof of delivery. The case was closed without any meaningful investigation or explanation.
