They lost my friend package and inside is passport. My friend was on jail for 1 week because FEDEX dont have competent people to do that. My friend still there waiting we ship passport december 15 overnight shipping todaybis 24 and nothing!!!! Disgusting total
Awful service. My package is two weeks late and they decided they're just going to send it back because i didnt since an hour from home to pick it up. Absolutely unbelievable
