Absolutely abhorrent service. Zero competency. Refuse to deliver my package even though it requires no signature. Also refused to give me my package when I went in person to pick it up. Useless.
Package marked as delivered was never received. I was physically present at the delivery time and specifically watched for the FedEx truck, but no package was ever left at my door or in the mailroom. Despite opening a case, FedEx provided no GPS location, no delivery photo, and no verifiable proof of delivery. The case was closed without any meaningful investigation or explanation. They lost my friend package and inside is passport. My friend was on jail for 1 week because FEDEX dont have competent people to do that. My friend still there waiting we ship passport december 15 overnight shipping todaybis 24 and nothing!!!! Disgusting total
Awful service. My package is two weeks late and they decided they're just going to send it back because i didnt since an hour from home to pick it up. Absolutely unbelievable
