If I could give ZERO stars I would. Calling doesn't help, it's all AI and will only transfer you to a person with certain information. Information I don't have because the "attempted delivery" never actually occurred. I literally sat at the end of my driveway waiting for the delivery truck because I had somewhere to be, only to be notified that a delivery was attempted and recipient wasn't available. They delivered the package to the wrong address and there was no way to contact them directly to go back and get it, just endless AI phone trees and useless customer support
I wish I could rate this even lower. The ai they use for phone calls is legitimately useless. There is no possible way to reach customer support in any way at all. I’m infuriated with the lack of customer service. This is an outrage. I need help with something that their ai can’t help me with and I spent my entire lunch break arguing with the trash ai they use for phone calls.
