The driver chose to steal my package instead of deliver it, it said it was delivered and it was not. Don’t ever ship with them they are horrible.
Really just poor communication all the way around numerous times we have had packages say they will be delivered to our business between 8 am and 2 pm to be more then a day late . we have had more then 3 fed ex vehicles drive by our shop today. we also have a problem with fed ex drivers blowing by our shop rural road 50 miles an hour blaring music and clearly not caring about their job. Driver chose to steal my package instead of deliver it. FedEx has been no help at all. Great service. Do not ship with them.
Instead of putting packages on covered- not enclosed- porch, they throw them in the driveway
