I wish I could rate this even lower. The ai they use for phone calls is legitimately useless. There is no possible way to reach customer support in any way at all. I’m infuriated with the lack of customer service. This is an outrage. I need help with something that their ai can’t help me with and I spent my entire lunch break arguing with the trash ai they use for phone calls.
