I called to have them hold a package for me. They were nice about it and even offered to call me when they arrive.
i had a package that the shipper put the wrong address on. i woke up early called the facility at like 8:30 explained the situation gave them the tracker. Kelly called me back before 930 to let me know they found my package and they made the fix to the address! Thank you Kelly
This is the worst delivery company I’ve ever dealt with the drivers. Do not know how to take photos and furthermore, you can never get in contact with anyone concerning a missing package. They really suck. I’ve been missing a medication for the last four days and it is some medication that I need. Apparently the drivers do not know how to read a GPS and they do not know how to read numbers I’m going to tell my position never use their service again for me. This is single handedly, the worst experience i've ever had with a delivery ever Justin the delivery driver I delivered my package to the wrong location in front of me, and while i'm jumping in the yard and waving, trying to flag him down to let him know that he delivered the wrong package, he waves back at me and keeps driving.
