Worst FedEx experience ever. Drivers do not want to do their jobs. Already twice my delivery failed wit resolution "The apt/suite number on the package is incorrect." Called three time to FedEx customer support. It's a separate pain since FedEx "smart" system made it really panful to reach live support. All three time was confirmed that address on the package was correct. Looks like drivers just do not want to spend their time to find a proper apartment, since the apartment complex is pretty big.
They did not deliver my package because driver could not found the HOUSE!!! Even one star is way too much for FEDEX. I wish I could choose to not get my packages delivered through them.
Jason at this office helped us get an outfit for a wedding in time. We are really happy that we were able to get the outfit and Jason's customer service was excellent! Thanks to him and the whole crew who searched for the package on a tight deadline
A Horrible experience, always somehow.
