I know it won't matter seeing as how I have yet to see any managers reply to any of the rating but it's crazy that one can't get a hold of anyone over the phone. All I can say is that anyone having any issues reach out on any and every social media outlet FedEx has and reach out to corporate.

This is probably the worse FedEx I've been to as a 3rd party carrier. There's absolutely no signs totally navigate this facility. Than the weekend day staff won't let you get a word in when you try to find the correct way to where all the empties are located and are told there's only 1 way to get there pass the fuel islands when there's actually 2 ways to go after the fuel island (Also sorry far the only FedEx where they lock the bathrooms from drivers)

Yet another pkg disappeared into this black hole with no updates for 5 days and counting. This has got to be a criminal enterprise. How can a logistics company run this way with no accountability? Customer should not have to be the one to notice a package is way late without updates, and deal with the fallout.

$120 to overnight a package. Package won't arrive for 3 days. Profoundly disappointed
