They separated my order 2 packages. 1 on one truck and the other on a different truck. They said business closed on one package when its a house and everyone was home. Next it said business closed again its a house. Next it said retrieved shipment off the truck prior to delivery. Its been 4 days and no package that never should have been separated on 2 different trucks it makes zero sense. Place is terrible. Go somewhere else for sending packages
The FedEx Keasbey, NJ facility has been the worst shipping facility I’ve dealt with. Nearly every package that goes through this location is delayed. One package spent an entire week going back and forth in the tracking system. Every day it said it would be delivered, then it was sent back to the Keasbey facility.
