The worst place. Total chaos—no signs or instructions. And on top of that, they left trash and 20 pallets in the trailer.

Like clockwork. If your package comes through there, expect multiple days of delays. And the run around whenever you call to inquire about said delays. Judging the by the other reviews, FedEx needs a form customers can fill out to request new management at this facility. As YEARS of poor service should require some sort of correction

FedEx Ground Keasbey lost my business. I have personally shipped 300+ packages with FedEx. After they lost a $6,800 package, a $2,400 package, an $1,800 package, and a $500 package, I am done! Today made it worse. Indirect Signature Required. FedEx’s own app told me to print the release form and put it on the door by 8am. I did. Signed form was on the door.
