I was expecting a high-value jewelry package from Jordan, but it was lost in transit after leaving the Keasbey, NJ, facility. Even though I asked them to “dig deeper” to find the package, I was told the claim was closed and that no further investigation would be conducted. Package shipped out of Keasby Fedx, arrived emptied and re-taped. Fairly expensive robot vacuum removed and all packing replaced and box taped back up?? Not positive that is where it happened. But likely.

I am beyond speechless. Was hoping it won’t happen to me but this location lost my package too! Last scan was on September 20 today I was told by FedEx customer service my package is lost and they are “searching” for it. With all the bad reviews I’m surprised this place is not closed.
