Stated that they couldn't deliver my package due to 'security parameters'. They did not even drive up to my house or attempt to contact me and by the way I live in an OPEN apartment! The door is on the outside and there is no front desk. They didn't even attempt to deliver it and then fedex wants me to drive from SLO to SM to pick up a couch. ?? I paid for delivery because its A COUCH. Everything is going downhill including Fedex and it's disappointing.

Quality of the call said it all the processing place was much nicer and unlike the other worker the other time, that did not want to unload my delivery, This woman. The last time I went, hats off to her, unloaded my delivery from the truck as she had told me I had to wait a it for her to do so. Much respect to her.
