If I could give negative stars they would get -100. 6 days after my package was supposed to be delivered, and almost immediately after calling, I miraculously get a text saying that it was delivered on promised delivery day. WRONG. I was sitting here, reviewed all ring notifications and vides from 5am to 11pm (both motion and knock/ring). No delivery at all from FedEx to me or ANY of my neighbors. Someone there is enjoying my item.
How could anyone be as lazy as the delivery drivers from here. They'll see a building and just skip over without attempting to deliver. Its ridiculous at this point. Multiple different times I've had them call me and tell me "they made an attempt" while I was home all day waiting. Do something
