Garbage delivery service. Was told to deliver to an apartment building that says to call the front desk to be let in - doesn’t bother ONCE to call and decides to bring it back and forth from the holding center 4x before telling me they’re holding it until I come and get it. So incompetent it’s laughable.
I'd definitely give them a zero star if I could .I had a package that was supposed to come in a day ago but didn't get on time..and I called multiple times to the customer care and they were also not able give the correct feedback regarding the package...the delivery expected day the status "out for delivery" changed to "sorry we couldn't reach you because the apt/ suit number that you provided was incorrect" at 7.30 pm..actually there was nothing wrong with that address..the address was indeed correct, they just never attem... read more
After the box arrived sealed to the warehouse it mysteriously opened and my stuff got stolen prior to departure. BEWARE, FedEx warehouse is full of criminals.
