FedEx has the worst customer service in the business. They DAMAGE PACKAGES ON PURPOSE and then refuse to reimburse for the damages. Only use FedEx if you hate your customers.

Cole the delivery driver is always rude and never has customer service skills.
The package supposedly was left by the front door. There is no proof of delivery. Tried calling, but customer service hours are horrible.
This shipper is BEYOND awful!! Drivers consistently don’t deliver but leave tags that they “tried”. Today was a sticker left on mailbox saying no one was available. My husband and I are retired and home a majority of the time. Today was one of them!! We have everything stated to bring packages to our porch; they get left on the road near our mailbox.
