Fedex is the worst company in the world, they had my package on the truck aat 10am and it's now 130pm. I had to be on the road by 11am and now I'm going to be late because fedex drivers are the worst. Because of this i will never buy from any companies that's uses fedex.
I have a very solvable issue, but I need to speak to someone. FedEx makes it very hard to speak with a human who could add notes to the account for future accurate deliveries.
Left my $200 package on the backstep of my apartment complex and it was taken my porch pirates. Usually you get 1-3 attempts or at least a ticket! They just left it out there without giving me a chance or options. Honestly I don’t want to order ANYTHING ever again! This has honestly messed with me so I’m good.
Like all other reviews, LAZIEST services you can ever get. You going to have to look for you packages around all town to find it.
They lose my package and they never took responsibility for my package.
