I was waiting all day today for a Fedex package. The fedex driver came in the morning but did not even come into the driveway. Waited all day for his return but later I get an email that a delivery was attempted which was totally untrue. Why did the driver not leave a doortag if he was truly at the residence. I think there is something totally wrong with this route that the management needs to look at. Totally bad customer service and professionalism.
To the management at Fed Ex, one of your drivers almost killed me yesterday on Rt 5 and S water st in East Windsor CT around 11:15 am, White male with dark hair and beard, ran light at about 40 to 50 miles per hour, almost TBoned me. He was traveling North on Rt 5. Check with EW Police believe there's a camera at that location. It was a box truck.
Another Saturday afternoon waiting for a FedEx delivery from South Windsor that was supposed to be delivered on Friday, yet has not made it to me by the end of the day Saturday. Even worse, I saw a delivery exception at 11am this morning stating that a "future delivery was requested" (which is their BS code for "we didn't get it on the truck this morning"). I asked the sender (Home Depot) to call FedEx and investigate. They kept me on the line while they called FedEx, and the FedEx rep said, "No, the tracking info is wrong f... read more
Horrible customer service, Horrible delivery drivers. Dont deliver packages if theyre too big or they just dont feel like it, DO NOT USE FEDEX!! ALWAYS USE A DIFFERENT COMPANY REGARDLESS OF THE PRICE
