Terrible location, still don’t have my package.
I've lived at my address for 3 months and in that time, this Distribution Center (or one of their drivers) has stolen one of my packages (by marking it delivered while driving right past my house) and refused to deliver another (claiming it was an incorrect address, despite successfully delivering something else). There are 5+ years of horror stories on the internet from this location of similar situations, how has this not been investigated ???
I don't understand what is wrong with FedEx but I'm never ordering anything through them again!! They want me to call off work to sign for a package instead of just holding it somewhere for me to pick up when I get off!! I can't wait til Amazon sends FedEx into BANKRUPTCY
