My packages are not being delivered
HORRIBLE SERVICE
FedEx is a terrible company to do business with. On the phone you are always talking to someone that doesn't speak English. They charge enough but don't know what hell they doing. Onsite locations I never had a issue only the phone. Probably paying those people peanuts. Me know speak English.
Package was out for delivery Thursday,Friday & Saturday It’s Sunday I still haven’t received my package
If I could give negative stars, I would. HORRIBLE service. This has been going on for over 25 YEARS (that is not a misprint); ever since we moved to our current location. Drivers can't find us (on a major US highway). Their sorting equipment cannot consistently put our packages on the correct truck for delivery. I've verified this by speaking directly to someone in this distribution center, who verified to me that both things are happening.
