Absolutely horrible delivery drivers. Multiple times they do not deliver at all and return my packages to Pearl. This past delivery required a signature which meant I had to take off from work. Two days in a row their drivers never attempted a delivery but posted pictures of delivery tags as if they did. You cannot contact Pearl directly to file a complaint and the FedEx Customer Service is horrible. From now forward, if given a chance to determine delivery service it will be anyone but Fedex
