FedEx either delivers my packages to an incorrect address that is not even on my street or they deliver my packages late. FedEx is the most unreliable shipping service available. At least their photographed delivery provides proof of mis-deliveries. From this point forward, I will no longer purchase from vendors who use FedEx as many of my orders are time sensitive.

In Albany GA. Have had multiple packages ride around on trucks or have driver claim they attempted delivery - at home waiting on package and have cameras - when no attempt was made. Customer service is useless since they cannot call warehouse and cannot ensure delivery. No working local number to warehouse and CS cannot instruct them to call you back. Their rule is 3 attempts and then they can call package undeliverable - and that's the game they play. The driver makes no attempt to deliver package, documents they tried, and... read more
