In Albany GA. Have had multiple packages ride around on trucks or have driver claim they attempted delivery - at home waiting on package and have cameras - when no attempt was made. Customer service is useless since they cannot call warehouse and cannot ensure delivery. No working local number to warehouse and CS cannot instruct them to call you back. This location needs to have an internal investigation done. Two drivers have come to my home to deliver packages and each visit the first driver states he doesn't have it and will ba back. The second driver does exactly as the first walk to the back of the truck pretends but he doesn't say anything as I'm standing in my door waiting. He just drives off and not say anything. Both drivers are terrible. Packages been out for delivery since Dec. 18th. So glad cameras in my yard were able to catch the pretend look of my package. ... read more
