Driver does not follow delivery instructions. Even contacting a human in Customer Service did not help. Sorry I even have to give 1 star.
Your drivers do not seem to be able to find our well labeled house and keep delivering to the wrong address where the owner denies the package and it gets sent back. Trying to reach you to fix the problem is a nightmare. Terrible service
