My arrival date keeps changing why should I have to wait extra days when the tracking said today
My package hasn’t moved from this facility for 5 days now and nobody can explain why.
The worst experience. I ordered a pool heater for a special event, because the water was quite cool. I get a ding on my phone that said package delivered. I go outside and nothing is there, so I look at my security camera and no one had came with any package. I called Fedex about the package and they swore driver delivered. Once I got a copy of proof of delivery, it was delivered, but to someone else. The person even signed for it their name. Clearly not my name.The driver must have been Stevie Wonder or High.
